OnlyFans chatter jobs at verified agencies
In short
An OnlyFans chatter replies to fans’ messages on behalf of a creator, in the creator’s voice and under their rules, and sells paid messages. Chatter jobs are usually remote shift work, paid by the hour, by the hour plus a commission on chat sales, or by commission only. Webcam studios hire for live chat too, as model support. On Crewvale every chatter job comes from a verified agency, states its pay and is free to apply for.
What the work involves
You reply to fans who message a creator on OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue, writing as the creator and following their rules: what they share, what they sell and what they never do. Part of the job is sales, offering paid messages and content the creator has made at the prices they set.
You work in shifts, often at night to cover fans in other time zones, usually in a tool the agency provides. The fans are adults and the conversations can be about adult content, so you must be 18 or older and comfortable with that.
How the pay is structured
Chatter pay comes in three shapes: an hourly rate, an hourly base plus a commission on what you sell in chat, or commission only, with no fixed pay.
For a commission, check what it’s counted on: sales after the platform’s fee (net) or before it (gross). Every job on Crewvale states its pay model, the rate and how often you’re paid.
What agencies look for
Natural, fast and accurate writing in the creator’s language. A feel for sales without pushing. Reliability: turning up for every shift and handing over cleanly. Discretion about the creator and the fans. A stable internet connection and your own computer.
Some agencies take people without experience and train them. Their jobs say so.
Red flags
- A fee for training, a test, software or a “starter kit”.
- A request for your ID or passport before an offer.
- Unpaid trial shifts, or a trial with no end date.
- Pay that isn’t in writing, or a commission without its basis.
- Being asked to open or verify accounts in your own name.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
