Social media manager jobs at OnlyFans and webcam agencies
In short
A social media manager at an OnlyFans agency or webcam studio runs creators’ and models’ public accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X and similar sites, where everything must stay safe for work. The job is usually remote and paid a fixed amount. On Crewvale every social media job comes from a verified agency or studio and states its pay.
What the work involves
You run the public face of a creator: their Instagram, TikTok, X or YouTube. You plan posts, edit or brief short videos, write captions, reply to comments and watch what grows the audience.
Everything you post must follow each site’s rules, which are stricter than on subscription platforms. The goal is a following that clicks through to the creator’s page; keeping the accounts safe from bans comes first.
How the pay is structured
Social media jobs usually pay a fixed hourly, weekly or monthly amount, sometimes per account you manage. Some add a bonus tied to follower growth or sales; the job should then say exactly how it’s counted.
Check whether filming and editing are part of the job, or someone else’s.
What agencies look for
Accounts you have grown, your own or a client’s. Knowing the rules and formats of each site. Editing short video. Writing captions in the creator’s voice. Planning and consistency.
Red flags
- Being asked to post content that breaks a site’s rules.
- Buying followers or using bots.
- Running accounts in your own name or with your ID.
- “Commission only” for work that brings no direct sales.
- A fee to start, or a request for your ID before an offer.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
