OnlyFans account manager jobs at verified agencies
In short
An OnlyFans account manager runs one or more creators’ accounts day to day: content plans, pricing, promotions and the team around them. Pay is usually a fixed monthly amount, often with a commission on the accounts’ revenue. On Crewvale every account manager job comes from a verified agency and states its pay.
What the work involves
You keep a creator’s account moving. You plan what gets posted and when, set subscription and message prices with the creator, run promotions, brief the chatters and the marketing team, and report results to the creator and the agency.
You deal with problems as they come up, from a late shoot to a change in a platform’s rules, and you are the agency’s voice to the creator every week.
How the pay is structured
Account manager jobs usually pay a fixed monthly amount. Many add a commission on the revenue of the accounts you run; the job shows the percentage and whether it’s counted on net or gross sales.
Ask how many accounts you would manage, and what happens to the commission if one leaves.
What agencies look for
Experience running or growing creator accounts, as a chatter, VA or manager. Comfort with numbers: earnings, prices and trends. Clear, respectful communication with creators. Organisation across several accounts. Knowing each platform’s rules.
Red flags
- Being asked to act on a creator’s account in ways they haven’t agreed to.
- Holding creators’ passwords or money in your own name.
- A commission with no written basis.
- Targets that change after you start.
- A fee to start, or a request for your ID before an offer.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
