For agencies
Meet creators who are already looking for an agency.
Crewvale is a consent-first alternative to scraping and cold DMs. Creators come here to find management, compare agencies on their terms and say yes to the ones that fit.

Why not scrape or cold-DM?
Scraped lists and cold DMs reach people who never asked to hear from you. Most ignore them, some report them, and every unanswered message costs your team time.
Every creator you can find on Crewvale chose to be found. They set up a profile because they want an agency, or a better one. That changes the first conversation: you are not convincing someone they need management, you are showing them why your terms suit them.
What you see before an introduction
Creators are private by default. Before an introduction you see an anonymous summary: their country and time zone, languages, platforms, experience band, the help they want and whether they already have an agency.
Their stage name, city, audience size, links and the terms they would accept stay hidden until they accept an introduction. Their legal name, email and phone are never shown to any agency.

How introductions work
- Find creators whose needs match what you offer, and request an introduction.
- The creator sees your profile and your published terms, then accepts or declines.
- If they accept, you see the details they chose to share, and a conversation opens on Crewvale.
Creators can also request an introduction with you. Either way, contact only opens after the other side says yes, and you track every creator in your private pipeline.
Your terms, in the open
Every agency profile shows six core terms before anyone gets in touch: your share, how creators are paid, contract length, notice period, who owns the accounts, and what happens when a creator leaves.
Each term appears twice: as a value and as a plain sentence. Creators compare you on these, side by side with other agencies. Clear, fair terms are the strongest pitch you have.
How creators find you
When a creator adds their preferences, Crewvale scores each agency on six factors: geography, language, platforms, services, commercial terms and experience. The weights are public, and the calculation is the same for every agency.
It is not AI, and no agency can pay to change a score or a position. The way to rank well is to be a good fit.
What we check, and what you must check
Before your profile goes live, the Crewvale team reviews your business details, your company registration document and your six terms. Approved agencies get the Business Verified, Agency Verified and Terms published badges, and we review them every 12 months.
Crewvale does not check creators’ ID or age. Every creator confirms they are 18 or older, and you commit to checking each creator’s ID and age yourself before you work with them.
What it costs
Nothing. Your profile, verification, introductions, messages and job posts are free. There is no paid placement and no paid ranking.
Hiring for your team
Published agencies can post jobs for chatters, account managers, social media managers, video editors, creator managers and operations roles. People apply on Crewvale, only your agency sees the applications, and they are deleted after 180 days.
How to get started
Create an agency account and work through the setup: your business details and registration document, your services and coverage, your six terms, who you work with and your team. Then submit for review.
The Crewvale team approves your profile or sends it back with a note. Once it’s approved, your profile is published and you can start finding creators.
