Standards

The standard every agency on Crewvale meets.

These are the rules every published agency has agreed to.

Last updated 15 Oct 2026

Every agency published on Crewvale has agreed to five rules: publish six core terms before contact, check every creator’s ID and age before working with them, contact creators only after they accept an introduction, never pay for position, and accept suspension if it breaks these rules.

Terms in the open

Six core terms are public before anyone gets in touch: how the agency charges, how creators are paid, contract length, notice, who owns the accounts, and how a creator leaves. Each one is shown twice: as a value and as a plain sentence. The terms must match the contracts the agency actually offers.

Notice period30 days

Checks before work

Every creator confirms they’re 18 or older. Agencies check each creator’s ID and age themselves before working with them.

In practice: an agency can only ask for ID once a creator has accepted an introduction, and does so before any agreement. Crewvale never sees or stores these documents.

Staying safe

Contact on the creator’s terms

Agencies see an anonymous summary until a creator accepts an introduction. Contact opens only after the other side says yes.

In practice: an agency doesn’t contact a creator elsewhere before they accept, and never asks for account logins before a signed agreement.

No paying for position

Match scores and rankings are the same calculation for everyone. No agency can pay to change them.

In practice: sorting by fit, lowest share or shortest notice uses only what agencies publish and what creators tell us.

How matching works

When something’s wrong

Anyone can report a concern about an agency, a profile or a conversation. Reports go to the Crewvale team, who review each one and record what they decide. An agency that breaks these rules can be suspended, which takes it out of search.
