Crewvale is a marketplace where adult creators and talent agencies find each other. Creators compare verified agencies on their published terms; agencies find creators who are looking for representation. Crewvale also lists jobs posted by verified agencies and publishes the Crewvale Journal.

Crewvale is not an agency, an employer or a party to any agreement between a creator and an agency. We don’t negotiate, sign or enforce contracts, and we don’t handle payments between you.

You must be 18 or older to use Crewvale. Creators confirm this when they set up their profile. Crewvale does not check anyone’s ID or age.

You may have one account. You choose at sign-up whether it is a creator or an agency account, and you can’t change this later. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

Your profile is private by default. Agencies only see an anonymous summary until you accept an introduction, and you decide who sees each of your other details.

Keep your profile accurate. Don’t share anything about another person without their permission, and don’t upload explicit content: Crewvale is not a place to publish content.

Accepting an introduction is not an agreement to work with an agency. Read any contract before you sign it, and never share your account logins with an agency before you have a signed agreement you are comfortable with.

Agencies are published only after the Crewvale team has reviewed their business details and documents. Your business details, documents and published terms must be true and current, and must match the contracts you actually offer. Tell us promptly if anything changes.

You must check every creator’s ID and age yourself before working with them, and follow the law that applies to you. Crewvale does not verify creators’ age.

Don’t contact creators outside Crewvale before they accept an introduction, don’t ask for their account logins before a signed agreement, and never pressure, mislead or threaten anyone. Use what you see about creators only to decide whether to work with them.

Verification is reviewed every year. If your verification lapses, your agency is hidden from search until it is renewed.

Only verified agencies can post jobs. The agency is responsible for its job posts and for how it handles applications, including applicants’ personal data. Crewvale passes applications to the agency and deletes them after 180 days.

Job posts must describe real jobs, with honest pay information if pay is given. Crewvale is not the employer and does not check jobs beyond verifying the agency.

Don’t use Crewvale to break the law, and in particular: never involve anyone under 18, never take part in trafficking, coercion or exploitation, and never harass, threaten or blackmail anyone.

Don’t scrape, copy or resell data from Crewvale, don’t try to get around privacy settings, blocks or security, and don’t pretend to be someone else.

If you see something wrong, use “Report a concern”. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts or tell the relevant authorities.

Match scores follow the same published rules for everyone and are explained factor by factor. No agency can pay to change a score or its position. A match score is guidance, not advice or a recommendation to sign.

Crewvale is currently free for creators and agencies. If that changes, we will tell you in advance, and nothing you already agreed to will change without your agreement.

We work to keep Crewvale available, accurate and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Information on agency profiles comes from the agencies; we check business details and documents, but we can’t guarantee how an agency will behave.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This deletes your profile and everything under it. We may close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we will tell you why.
