About
About Crewvale
Crewvale is a free marketplace where adult creators compare verified management agencies on their published terms, and agencies meet creators who are looking for representation.

Who it’s for
- Creators and models who want an agency, or a better one, and want to compare terms before they talk.
- Management agencies that want to meet creators who are looking, on terms they publish in the open.
- People who want to work behind the scenes at those agencies, through the Crewvale jobs board.
Why Crewvale exists
Agency deals are often made in DMs, and creators see the terms only after they sign. Crewvale puts the terms first: every agency publishes its share, contract length, payouts, notice, account ownership and exit terms before anyone gets in touch, and creators stay private until they choose to talk.
How Crewvale is paid for
Crewvale is currently free for creators and agencies. No agency can pay to rank higher, to change a match score or to appear in the Journal. If we ever charge agencies for something, we will say so in advance, and it will never buy position.
How verification decisions are made
The Crewvale team reviews every agency by hand before it is published, and again every 12 months. If we need changes, the agency sees our note on its review page and can submit again. If you disagree with a decision, write to us at [PLACEHOLDER: contact email].
The Crewvale Journal
The Crewvale Journal is editorially independent. Agencies cannot pay for coverage, and being written about has no effect on matching or ranking.
