Creator manager jobs at OnlyFans and webcam agencies
In short
A creator manager looks after an agency’s or studio’s relationship with the creators and models it represents: their strategy, their plans and their questions. It’s a senior role, usually paid a fixed monthly amount, often with a commission on the creators’ revenue. On Crewvale every job comes from a verified agency or studio and states its pay.
What the work involves
You are the creator’s main contact at the agency. You agree goals with them, plan content and shoots, explain results, and make sure the chatting, marketing and editing teams work to the creator’s rules.
You keep the agency’s promises: the terms it published, the creator’s control of their accounts and a clean handover if they leave. In some agencies you also meet creators who are looking for representation.
How the pay is structured
Creator manager roles usually pay a fixed monthly amount. Many add a commission on the revenue of the creators you look after; the job shows the percentage and whether it’s counted on net or gross sales.
Ask what happens to the commission if a creator leaves.
What agencies look for
Experience inside an agency, as an account manager or similar. Trustworthiness: creators rely on you with their income and their privacy. Clear communication and planning. Knowing the platforms and their rules. More than one language helps in teams across Europe.
Red flags
- Being asked to hide an agency’s terms from creators, or to change them by word of mouth.
- Pressure on creators to hand over passwords or sign for longer than they want.
- Recruitment targets paid in commission only.
- No written contract for your own role.
- A fee to start, or a request for your ID before an offer.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
