For agencies

Get your agency verified.

Creators on Crewvale compare agencies on their terms. Verification shows those terms are real.

Last updated 15 Oct 2026

Agency verification on Crewvale means the Crewvale team has reviewed an agency’s registered business, its six published terms and its commitment to check every creator’s ID and age, before the agency appears in search. Verification is reviewed every 12 months.

Business Verified

What it means: the agency is a registered company.

What we check: you enter your registered company name, registration number and country, and upload a company registration extract. Proof of your registered address and other business documents are optional. The Crewvale team checks the documents by hand against the details you entered. Your documents stay private: only you and the Crewvale team can open them.

Agency Verified

What it means: the Crewvale team reviewed the agency as a whole and approved it for publication.

What we check: the business checks above, a complete profile with all six terms, and your commitment to check every creator’s ID and age before you work with them. An agency can’t submit for review without that commitment.

Terms published

What it means: all six core terms are public on the agency’s profile: the share, how creators are paid, contract length, notice, who owns the accounts and how a creator leaves. The Crewvale team reviews them before the profile goes live.

This badge doesn’t expire. The profile shows the date the current terms were published.

What each badge state means

  • Active: checked. Open the badge to see when, and when the next review is due.
  • In review: submitted and waiting for the Crewvale team.
  • Renewal due: the yearly review is less than 30 days away.
  • Lapsed: the review date has passed. An agency with a lapsed Business or Agency badge is hidden from search until it is renewed.

How the review works

  1. Create your agency account and complete the setup: business details, documents, services, terms, who you work with and your team.
  2. Submit for review.
  3. The Crewvale team approves your profile, or sends it back with a note you see on your review page.
  4. Once approved, your profile is published with its badges. Each badge opens its record: what was checked, when, and the record code.

A review typically takes [PLACEHOLDER: typical review time].

Renewal every 12 months

Business Verified and Agency Verified are checked again every 12 months. 30 days before the date, the badge shows “Renewal due” and we email you. Upload a current company registration extract and the Crewvale team renews your verification. If the date passes first, your agency leaves search until it is renewed.

What verification doesn’t cover

Verification is not an endorsement, and it doesn’t guarantee how an agency will behave. Crewvale doesn’t take references from an agency’s creators, doesn’t review its contracts and isn’t a party to any agreement. Crewvale doesn’t check creators’ ID or age: agencies do.

Agency standards

What you commit to

You check every creator’s ID and age yourself before you work with them. Your terms match the contracts you actually offer, and you tell us when anything changes. You can’t pay to rank higher.
