Webcam model support and monitor jobs at verified studios
In short
Model support staff, often called monitors, help webcam models during live shows: moderating and translating chat, keeping track of tips and requests, and fixing technical problems. The role is usually shift work at a studio, sometimes remote, paid by the hour or a fixed monthly amount. On Crewvale every model support job comes from a verified studio and states its pay.
What the work involves
You work alongside models while they broadcast, following their rules. You moderate the room’s chat, translate messages, keep track of tips, requests and private show bookings, and fix problems with cameras, lighting or the connection.
You never write as the model without their agreement. The viewers are adults and the shows are adult content, so you must be 18 or older and comfortable with that.
How the pay is structured
Model support roles usually pay by the hour or a fixed monthly amount, sometimes with a small commission on the room’s earnings. Every job says which, and how a commission is counted.
Check the shift times, whether nights and weekends are included, and whether the role is at the studio or remote.
What agencies look for
Good written English and at least one other language. Quick, accurate typing. Comfort with streaming software and simple technical fixes. Respect for models’ limits and privacy. Reliability across night shifts.
Red flags
- Being asked to pressure models or ignore their limits.
- Being asked to write as the model without their agreement.
- Pay tied to targets nobody shows you.
- No written pay or contract.
- A fee to start, or a request for your ID before an offer.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
