Marketing VA jobs at OnlyFans agencies and cam studios

In short

A marketing VA brings visitors to a creator’s page or a model’s cam room by posting on Reddit, X and other sites, within each site’s rules. The work is remote and usually paid a fixed amount, sometimes with a bonus tied to results. On Crewvale every marketing VA job comes from a verified agency or studio and states its pay.

What the work involves

You post a creator’s promotional content where their audience is: Reddit communities, X and sometimes Instagram, TikTok or Threads. You find communities that allow the content, follow each one’s posting rules, schedule posts for the right times and track which links bring visitors.

Every site has its own rules on adult content and self-promotion. Keeping accounts in good standing is part of the job.

How the pay is structured

Marketing VA jobs mostly pay a fixed hourly, weekly or monthly amount. Some add a bonus or a commission tied to subscribers or sales from your links; the job should then say exactly what counts and how it’s measured.

If an agency pays per post, ask how many posts a week that means, so you can compare it with an hourly job.

What agencies look for

Knowing how Reddit and X work, and respecting their rules. Good written English. Consistency: posting on schedule, every day. Basic tracking in spreadsheets or link tools. Discretion about the creators you promote.

Red flags

  • Being asked to buy accounts, upvotes or followers.
  • Using your personal accounts or ID to promote a creator.
  • Spam tactics that get accounts banned, then blamed on you.
  • A bonus with no written rule for how it’s counted.
  • A fee to start or to get “approved”.

How applying works

  1. Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
  2. You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
  3. The agency replies to you by email.

Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
