Chat manager and team lead jobs at OnlyFans agencies
In short
A chat manager, or chatter team lead, runs a team of chatters for an OnlyFans agency: shifts, training, quality checks and sales results. It’s usually a step up for experienced chatters. Pay is often a fixed amount, sometimes with a commission on the team’s sales, and every job on Crewvale states it.
What the work involves
You make sure every creator’s inbox is covered and handled well. You plan shifts and handovers, train new chatters on each creator’s rules and voice, read conversations to check quality, and step in when something goes wrong.
You track sales and response times and report them to the agency. Some teams are spread across several countries and time zones.
How the pay is structured
Team lead roles usually pay a fixed hourly, weekly or monthly amount. Many add a commission on the team’s chat sales; the job then shows the percentage and whether it’s counted on net or gross sales.
Ask how targets are set, and whether the commission depends on them.
What agencies look for
Experience as a chatter, ideally on the same platforms. Clear, calm writing for feedback and training. Organisation: rotas, handovers and reports. Fairness with a team and firmness on each creator’s rules. Availability across the shifts you manage.
Red flags
- Being asked to pay for a team, leads or software.
- A commission tied to targets nobody shows you.
- Pressure to push fans beyond the creator’s rules.
- Chatters paid late or not at all: that becomes your problem.
- A request for your ID before an offer.

Get an email when jobs are postedHow applying works
- Each job shows the pay, the hours, the agency that’s hiring and the countries you can apply from.
- You apply on the job page with your name, email, a few lines and, if you like, a CV. Only that agency sees your application, and Crewvale deletes it after 180 days.
- The agency replies to you by email.
Crewvale never charges applicants. An agency should never ask you for a fee, or for your ID before it makes you an offer. If one does, report it.
