Contract checklist

Check an agency contract before you sign.

Answer a few questions about the contract an OnlyFans or webcam agency has sent you, and see which terms look fair, which to ask about and which are red flags.

In short

The Crewvale contract checklist helps creators and cam models judge an agency contract before they sign. It looks at eleven things: the agency’s share and what it’s taken from, contract length, notice, fees for leaving, who owns your accounts, what happens after you leave, how you’re paid, chatters, the ID and age check, and up-front fees. Each answer comes back as Good, Check this or Red flag, with a plain reason. Your answers stay on your device. It’s a checklist, not legal advice.

This is a checklist, not legal advice. It can’t tell you whether a contract is valid or enforceable where you live. For that, talk to a lawyer or a legal adviser in your country.

Check your contract

Answer what you can. Anything you leave out is left out of your summary.

Your answers stay on this device. Crewvale doesn’t send, store or see them, and they’re gone when you reload or close the page.

%

Leave it empty if they charge a fixed fee instead.

Is their share taken from your net or your gross earnings?

Net is what’s left after the platform takes its cut. Gross is the amount before.

How long does the contract last?
days

A month is about 30 days. Enter 0 if you can leave at any time.

Do you have to pay anything if you leave?
Who owns your accounts and holds the logins?
What happens to your accounts and content after you leave?
Who receives the money from the platform?
Will chatters write to your fans as you?
Did the agency check your ID and age?

Every agency on Crewvale commits to checking each creator’s ID and age before working with them.

Did they ask you to pay anything up front?

Compare it with what the agency published

Every agency on Crewvale publishes six terms before you get in touch: their share and what it covers, how you’re paid, contract length, notice, who owns your accounts and what happens when you leave. If the contract you’re sent says something different, ask why before you sign.

Before you sign

  • Take the time you need to read it. An agency that pushes you to sign quickly is a warning sign.
  • Get every promise in writing, in the contract itself.
  • Keep a copy of everything you sign.
  • Don’t share your logins before you have a signed agreement.
  • If anything worries you, get advice before you sign, not after.
