Work for verified agencies, with the pay in writing.
Crewvale lists chatter, VA and other agency jobs from verified agencies only. Every job states its pay, nobody may charge you, and applying is free.
In short
Crewvale is a free jobs board for chatters, virtual assistants and other staff at OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue agencies. Only published, verified agencies can post, every job states its pay model and rate, and no agency may charge you a fee or ask for your ID before an offer. You apply on the job page, and you can get job alerts or create a private VA profile that only verified agencies can see.
Who hires on Crewvale?
Only agencies that Crewvale has verified can post a job. Before an agency is published, the Crewvale team checks its company registration by hand and reviews the six terms it shows creators. Every job page shows what was checked about the agency, and when.
Crewvale is not an agency and doesn’t hire you. You apply to the agency, and the agency decides. Jobs are listed newest first.
How does applying work?
- Find a job and read the pay, the hours and the countries you can apply from.
- Apply on the job page with your name, your email, a few lines about yourself and, if you like, a CV as a PDF.
- Only that agency sees your application, and it replies to you by email.
You don’t need an account to apply. Crewvale deletes applications after 180 days.
How is the pay structured?
Every job states its pay in one of three ways.
- Fixed pay: an amount by the hour, week, month or year. Common for VAs, editors and managers.
- Base plus commission: a fixed amount plus a percentage of the sales you bring in. Common for chatters.
- Commission only: a percentage of sales, with no fixed amount. Hours without sales earn you nothing, so read these carefully.
Each job shows its pay twice: as a figure, and as a plain sentence that says what it means for you.
Examples
Fixed pay, by the hour
- Pay$4/h
- You get $4 for every hour you work.
- PaidEvery 2 weeks
- You’re paid every 2 weeks.
Base plus commission
- Pay$3/h + 3% of net sales
- You get $3 for every hour you work, plus 3% of what you sell in chat, counted after platform fees.
- PaidWeekly
- You’re paid every week.
Commission only
- Pay10% of net sales
- You get 10% of what you sell in chat, counted after platform fees. There is no fixed pay.
- PaidWeekly
- You’re paid every week.
Commission, explained
A commission is a percentage of sales. Two details decide what it’s worth.
What it’s counted on. Net sales are what’s left after the platform takes its fee; gross sales are before that fee. The same percentage of gross sales is worth more. Every job with a commission says which one it uses.
What counts as your sale. In chat roles, it’s usually the paid messages and content you sell in your own conversations. Ask how the agency tracks it, and whether you can see the numbers.
Also check how often you’re paid (every week, every 2 weeks or every month), in which currency, and through which payment service.
The job post standards
Every job on Crewvale follows the job post standards, and the agency confirms them each time it posts.
- The pay is stated: the amount, or the commission and what it’s counted on.
- No fees: nobody may charge you to apply, train, take a test or start.
- No request for your ID before an offer.
- No explicit wording in the job.
- No hiring restricted by gender.
Every job has an end date, at most 90 days ahead, and leaves the board when it passes or when the agency closes it.
Staying safe
Job scams in this field tend to follow the same patterns. Walk away if someone:
- asks you to pay for training, a test, software, an account or a “starter kit”;
- wants your ID, passport or a selfie before an offer;
- moves you to Telegram or WhatsApp before you have anything in writing;
- offers a trial shift without pay, or a trial with no end;
- asks you to open or verify accounts in your own name.
If a job on Crewvale does any of this, report it from the job page.
Job alerts
Choose the roles you want, the country you live in and a language, and Crewvale emails you when matching jobs are posted, at most once a day. You confirm your email address first, and every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link. You don’t need an account.
Your VA profile
Create a free VA profile and let verified agencies find you. It’s private: only verified agencies can see it, search engines never do, and agencies see a reference code instead of your name until you accept their introduction.
You choose what agencies see: your roles, skills, languages, hours, time zone, experience and expected pay. Crewvale never asks for your legal name, your phone number or a photo. You can hide from agencies in your own country, block any agency and close your profile at any time.
Jobs by role and by country
Each role has its own page: what the work involves, how it’s usually paid and what agencies look for, above the open jobs. Remote jobs also have a page per country, with the jobs open to applicants who live there.
