Why compare agencies on their terms?
The real difference between two agencies is usually in the contract: how much of your earnings they keep, how long you are tied in, how much notice you have to give and who controls your accounts when you leave.
On Crewvale every agency publishes these terms before you talk. You can compare up to four agencies side by side, instead of finding out after you sign.
The six terms every agency shows
- Share: what the agency keeps of what you earn, and what it covers.
- How you’re paid: whether platforms pay you directly or the agency pays you.
- Contract length: how long you are tied in, and what happens after.
- Notice period: how much notice you give to leave.
- Account ownership: who owns your accounts, logins and email.
- When you leave: how your logins are handed back, and when they stop posting or messaging as you.
Private by default
Agencies can’t browse your name or links. Before you accept an introduction, they see an anonymous summary: your country, languages, platforms, experience band and the help you want.
You decide which agencies see your stage name, city, audience size and links. Your legal name, email and phone are only ever visible to you. You can block any agency, and you can hide from agencies in your own country.
Matching, explained
Add your preferences, and Crewvale scores how well each agency fits you on six factors: geography, language, platforms, services, commercial terms and experience. Each factor shows ✓ or ~, so you can see where an agency is not a perfect fit.
The weights are public. It is not AI, and no agency can pay to change a score.
Introductions, not cold DMs
You can request an introduction to an agency, and agencies can request one with you. Nothing is shared and no conversation opens until the other side accepts.
Accepting an introduction is not an agreement to work together. Read any contract before you sign it.
What Crewvale checks
The Crewvale team reviews every agency’s business details, registration document and published terms before it appears, and again every 12 months.
Crewvale doesn’t ask for your ID. You confirm you are 18 or older, and the agency checks your ID and age itself before you work together.
Free for creators
Creating a profile, comparing agencies, introductions and messages cost you nothing. Agencies can’t pay to rank higher or to reach you.
